I have always taken an active interest in people and this is reflected in my work as an executive recruiter and career coach. Both roles are a vocation for me. I love helping organisations in the For-Purpose sector recruit great leaders as much as I love helping people move forward in their careers. I enjoy growing the strong partnerships with my clients that allow us to work together to deliver great outcomes. I also stay up to date with high quality professional development, building on foundational qualifications including a Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development.

Kerry Thomas is a search consultant with Felix Consulting.

With a background in Senior HR, recruitment, and consulting roles on a range of strategic and operational HRM issues, I look forward to working with our clients, new and existing, and sharing their inspirational stories with candidates. I enjoy building a deep understanding of their business –which is critical in crafting accurate briefings, tailored position descriptions and engaging reports that lead to great outcomes.

Catherine Rowley is a strategic advisor to, search consultant, and mediator with Felix Consulting.

With a background in strategy consulting and national accreditation in mediation, I enjoy assisting clients effectively navigate strategic challenges and governance issues including effecting leadership change, revisiting accountabilities as strategic priorities are refined and resolving conflict in the work environment. Our work in the For-Purpose sector is especially rewarding, helping our clients define their needs, identify talented and committed people to address complex problems and lead effective teams.
