flat fee Rather than negotiating a percentage of the successful candidate's first year's remuneration, Felix charges a flat fee which means you know up front what the recruitment process will cost you. the process The recruitment process we offer generally involves advertising in the appropriate media. Additionally, we work with you to develop a list of potential candidates you would like us follow up independently of the advertising process. When you advertise, the advertisement carries your logo - not that of a recruitment firm. Thorough reference checking of finalist candidates and verification of stated employment history and qualifications is a critical part of what we do. finally When the recruitment process is completed, we like to stay in touch with both you and the successful candidate in order to facilitate a successful transition. |
