A successful relationship is built on the principle of value. An important part of the value proposition is our fee. Our fee is extremely competitive and our pricing model ensures you know exactly what your outlay will be right from the beginning.

We can do this because we charge a flat fee which is not based on the remuneration of the successful candidate.

Fees are payable when milestones are achieved: activation of the assignment; presentation of the shortlist; and on appointment of the successful candidate.
